Built specifically for NetSuite

Every Friday, someone rebuilds their week from memory.

Trazo reads the work your team already logs in its project, code, calendar and chat tools, and fills in the NetSuite Weekly Timesheet. They review. You close the week.

Designed around NetSuite.

Trazo isn't a generic time tracker with an integration. It's designed from the ground up around the way NetSuite handles time.

  • Runs inside the Weekly Timesheet.Your team doesn't open another app or export anything.
  • Uses your NetSuite records.Customers, projects, tasks, service items, locations, departments and classes.
  • Respects your setup.Roles and approvals stay exactly as you configured them.
  • Made by NetSuite specialists. The team behind Trazo works inside NetSuite every day.

Where services firms stand

Hours that never get entered never get billed, and SPI's annual benchmark shows how much margin is in play.

4.5%

Average revenue leakage at professional services firms in 2025.

<3%

Leakage at the leading firms.

66.4%

Billable utilization in 2025, the lowest SPI has recorded.

Source: SPI Research, 2026 Professional Services Maturity Benchmark (509 firms), sponsored by Deltek.

Three steps, and you only do the first one once.

1

Connect your tools

Project boards, code repos, calendars and chat, in any combination. Trazo reads activity, not screens.

2

Open your NetSuite Weekly Timesheet

Suggested lines appear inside NetSuite, each with its sources and a confidence level.

3

Review and save

Accept, edit or dismiss. Nothing is saved until you do.

Set the rules once.

Location, service item, customer, project, department and class follow your rules, so every line lands the same way. And when a task doesn't exist, Trazo requests or creates it.

Whenwork happens in a repo or board linked to a project
Thenuse that project's customer, task and service item
Whena meeting includes someone from a client's email domain
Thenassign it to that client as billable time
Whenthe meeting takes place at the client's office
Thenset the location to Client site
Whenthe work is internal, like standups or training
Thenmark it non-billable, under the person's department
Whenno matching task exists in NetSuite
Thenrequest it from the project manager or create it automatically

Built for the person who closes the week.

Stop chasing timesheets on Friday.

Your team gets the week already built. You review the exceptions, not every line.

Bill what was actually worked.

Meetings, tickets and commits stop slipping through because nobody remembered to enter them.

Keep NetSuite clean.

Rules set location, service item, customer and project the same way every time, and missing tasks get requested or created for you.

You stay in control.

  • The AI proposes. People save.No hour reaches NetSuite until someone accepts it.
  • Every line shows where it came from.Sources, reason and confidence level, visible before you accept.
  • Signed requests.Requests from NetSuite are signed, and the browser holds no secrets.
  • Activity metadata only.No screen capture and no keystroke logging.

Questions

Does Trazo save hours on its own?

No. It proposes lines and a person accepts, edits or dismisses them.

How does the AI decide what goes on each line?

Trazo collects activity from your tools and applies your rules first. The split of hours across the day follows how much work happened in each place, and code calculates it, not a model guessing. AI only steps in for what's ambiguous, like which customer, project or task a repo, ticket or meeting belongs to.

What does the confidence level mean?

It shows how strong the signals behind each line are. Several tickets and commits pointing at the same project mean high confidence. A single commit with no matching task means medium confidence, and the line is flagged for review.

Where does it work?

In NetSuite. Trazo runs inside the Weekly Timesheet, so your team doesn't switch screens.

Can I set my own rules?

Yes. Set location, service item, customer, project, department and class by source, repo, client domain and more.

What happens when a task doesn't exist?

Depending on your rule, Trazo requests it from the project manager or creates it automatically, and the line is flagged.

What if a suggestion is wrong?

Edit the hours and memo in place, or dismiss it. Low-confidence lines are flagged for review.
